The present processing operation concerning the Raw Data Collection - Game changing Metrics falls under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the Parliament and Council. It aims to assess either productivity or client satisfaction.
They will be the basis for the Secretary-General and the management to measure progress towards the achievement of strategic goals, as defined in the Strategic Execution Framework. The entity responsible for the process is the PMO Service and the person responsible for the management of personal data is M. François Renuit.
Personal data used for this purpose is the e-mail of the clients. Staff members working for the involved units are users of the application CST. Personal data used for users are e-mail, name and the position in the organigram. Such data are necessary for requesting and contacting the relevant persons that are able to provide the answers. The data will be updated regularly and kept for next exercises and surveys.
Client responses to the surveys (reviews) are completely voluntary and anonymous.
The recipient of the data is the Cabinet of the Secretary General.
